JAX Bridges grad goes from local hero to entrepreneur

JAX Bridges grad implements 8 Principles in current business for success. Patterson said he knew little about the funeral home business, while Lampkins brought years of experience. He began working with his uncle at a funeral home as a teen and later became a licensed funeral director. The men bought the nearly 10,000-square-foot Wachovia bank building at 6615 Arlington Expressway for about $375,000.
